General Electric Global Research Centre in Europe

GE Global Research Center located in Munich, Germany is a part of the GE Global Research Center organization with the headquarters in Niskayuna, NY in USA.  Its primary functions is as an Industrial R & D center exclusively dedicated as a service provider or research and development activities for GE businesses.  Early stage experimental and computational research is carried out at GRC and later transferred to one of the multiple businesses under the GE umbrella. The R&D centre in Munich employs almost 200 scientists working on various engineering and science disciplines.
